Casey of Sweeney Real Estate facilitates $1 million transaction
LSI Graphic Solutions Plus sold 811 Park East Dr. to 811 Park East Drive, LLC for $1 million. The property is a 20,540 s/f manufacturing building in the Highland Corporate Park that the buyers plan to utilize as owner occupied manufacturing space.
Kevin Casey, of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal was the buyer's broker for this transaction, and Michael Giuttari of MG Commercial Real Estate represented the seller.
