Schultheis of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal negotiates multiple transactions
South Kingstown, RI Eric Schultheis, a real estate agent and appraiser at Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal, represented Front Street Realty Corp. in a series of strategic transactions involving a single property at 540 South Rd. According to published reports the property sold for $900,000.
Schultheis first renegotiated a lease agreement between Front Street Realty Corp and T-Mobile. Following this, he arranged the sale of the master lease agreement from Front Street Realty Corp. to LD Telecom AssetCo LLC. The closing of the master lease purchase subsequently triggered the sale of the land beneath the cell tower.
The 45-acre parcel was sold to Lower 40 LLC. Schultheis represented the sellers and facilitated the transaction on behalf of the buyers in all three deals.
