RPL’s Greene | Sweeney Team completes $1.35 million sale of Elmgrove home

Providence, RI Residential Properties Ltd sold 92 Elmgrove Ave. for $1.35 million. The Greene | Sweeney Team, made up of sales associates Kira Greene and Michael Sweeney, listed this property and brought in the buyers as well. 

This is the 8th sale of over $1 million for the Greene | Sweeney Team, who work out of RPL’s Providence office and are the top-selling luxury agents on the East Side. 

According to MLS, RPL has listed 10 of the 12 East Side homes to sell for over a million this year. 

A porch wraps around this fully renovated home with a gambrel-style roof located on a corner lot on the East Side of the city. A double-sided fireplace services both the sunny dining room and the adjoining living room with a bay window. The kitchen features an Ann Saks tiled backsplash, granite countertops, and appliances. The 1,300 s/f master suite composes the entire second floor of the home, and has a wet bar. The suite also has dual bathrooms, one has a Piedra Orion soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a commissioned vanity with illuminated Robern mirrors. While the other bath has a glass-enclosed Jaclo steam shower with Bluetooth radio and digital controls. The upper level has two more bedrooms that share a tiled bath with a soaking tub and an open rain shower.
