RPL ranked as one of top 500 real estate companies

Providence, RI With the recent release of the 2016 Real Trends 500 report, Residential Properties Ltd. has once again been ranked as one of the top 500 real estate companies in the entire country. Now in its 29th year, the Real Trends 500 is the leading report for ranking the performance of the nation’s top brokerages based on both transaction sides and sales volume.

As reported by Providence Business News, Residential Properties Ltd. led all Rhode Island real estate companies during 2015 with a total of 1,748 transaction sides and $704,119,263 in overall gross volume. With these totals, RPL appeared on the 2016 Real Trends 500 list ranked 316th in the country for sales volume and 485th for transaction sides.

Originally founded in 1981, RPL has grown to become one of Rhode Island’s largest and most successful independent real estate companies with over 180 top sales agents and five offices throughout the state. Currently celebrating its 35th anniversary, Residential Properties Ltd. routinely leads the state in overall gross volume, including this past year (2015) in which RPL totaled nearly $300 million more than any other brokerage in Rhode Island.
