Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International sells 2,746 s/f in Westerly
18 Wauwinnet Road - Westerly, RIWesterly, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty completed the sale of 18 Wauwinnet Rd. in the village of Watch Hill. The 2,746 s/f shingled residence sold for $3.275 million.
The property was listed with Judy Chace, broker/owner of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty and the buyers were represented by Erin Marsh, sales associate with Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty.
This transaction marks the second highest sale in Westerly this year according to Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service.
