Rouse and Sweeney of Sweeney Real Estate sell 2,019 s/f office condo for $250,000
Warwick, RI BraveRiver Properties, LLC sold a 2,019 s/f office condominium at 875 Centerville Rd., Building 3 for $250,000 to Mentor Rhode Island: The RI Mentoring Partnership, Inc. The unit will serve as Mentor Rhode Island’s headquarters as well as their training facility.
Christina Rouse and Thomas Sweeney, SIOR of Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal brokered the transaction. The landlord is BraveRiver Props.
