Giuttari and Freshman of MG Commercial lease 35,000 s/f industrial
Lincoln, RI Mike Giuttari, SIOR president and Julie Freshman, member associate, SIOR, vice president of MG Commercial Real Estate have leased 35,000 s/f of industrial space at 678 George Washington Hwy. to Boslog, LLC for the landlord, 678 GWH, LLC.
The space will be used as a warehouse/distribution location by the third-party logistics company.
Giuttari and Freshman represented the landlord, while David Berman of The Stubblebine Company represented the tenant.
