Reed of Stebbins Commercial sells 25,000 s/f for $1.8 million

Londonderry, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 25,000 s/f industrial building at 19 Industrial Dr. from Grey Light Realty LLC of Londonderry, to Summit Packaging Systems of Manchester.
Reed represented the seller and assisted the buyer in the transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1.8 million.
