Reed of Stebbins Commercial sells 22,830 s/f for $1.22 million at 340 Granite Street in Manchester, N.H.

Manchester, NH Michael Reed, president of Stebbins Commercial Properties, Inc. completed the sale of the 22,830 s/f office building at 340 Granite St. from White Cliff Realty LLC of Milford, N.H. to Sandeep Asija of Acton, Mass.
Reed represented the buyer and seller. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1.225 million.
