Atlantic Prefab, Inc. moves headquarters to Wilton, N.H. at 125,000 s/f facility located at 19 Stoney Brook Drive

Wilton, NH Atlantic Prefab, Inc. (API) has selected Wilton for its headquarters location.

“The move from our two current locations, Nashua and Penacook, was an absolute necessity to keep up with the additional prefabrication demand we’ve experienced since first opening our doors in 2015,” said general manager and senior designer Mark Beroney. “Today, Atlantic Prefab is the largest manufacturer of prefabricated steel trusses and prefabricated, pre-finished wall panels in New England. We pride ourselves on being New England’s exclusive Sto Panel affiliate currently providing construction solutions to projects as far north as Oxford, Maine and as far south as New Jersey.”

The new Atlantic Prefab, Inc. headquarters will increase production space from 36,000 s/f to more than 50,000 s/f, with ample room for loading, storing, and shipping prefabricated wall panels and metal trusses. In Wilton, API will have roughly 30 people; 5 office staff and 25 prefabrication employees. “The new facility is over 125,000 s/f leaving room for expansion as the industry grows,” said Beroney.

The headquarters will be located off of Rte. 31 at 19 Stoney Brook Dr. Employees will move to the new location and begin fabrication on new and current projects through the month of May.
