Christopher Ramm

New Bedford, MA Poyant, a sign manufacturer and branding specialist, has named Christopher Ramm, repair and maintenance project manager. Ramm’s focus in this new role is to assist customers with their service and repair needs.

Ramm began his career with Poyant as permit expeditor, building strong working relationships with zoning, planning, and building officials to more effectively meet the needs of regulators and customers throughout New England. Ramm has been involved in the sign industry for 30 years, taking part in almost every aspect of the industry from design to fabrication. He began as a fabricator for Gannon Sign in Warwick R.I., worked as a designer for Benson Signs, and even owned his own sign company for several years. Outside of the sign industry, he was a regional account manager for the global paint company, Akzo Nobel.

In his most recent position, Ramm was an account manager for Dion Signs, working with businesses to design, fabricate and install their signage packages.

“Christopher brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his new position in facilitating the service and maintenance of our local, residential, and national customers.” said Richard Poyant, president for Poyant.
