Gables Residential opens marketing center for 23-story Gables Seaport

Boston, MA According to Gables Residential, a leader in multifamily development and management, Gables Seaport, located on 501 Congress St., has opened its marketing center. Along with Drew Company, Gables Residential is bringing a 23-story, 307 apartment home building to the Seaport District, an area which has been transformed into a bustling waterfront destination with vast dining, shopping, and cultural destinations.

Gables Seaport’s marketing center is in the South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center at 406 Summer St., adjacent to the Silver Line MBTA Station on World Trade Center Ave. 

In addition to the desirable Seaport location and convenient proximity to the MBTA’s Silver Line, the building will distinguish itself with its amenities and designed spaces. Residents will enjoy features including a 10,500 s/f third floor outdoor amenity deck boasting Boston Harbor water views, a swimming pool, yoga deck, green space, grill stations, ping pong, lounging and dining areas, gas fire pits, and a sun deck with lounge chairs. Inside the building additional amenity offerings include onsite dry-cleaning pickup, onsite parking, bike storage, Starbucks coffee in the lounges, a resident clubroom and entertainment space with a fully equipped fitness facility, a pool table and shuffleboard, lounging and co-working areas as well as private conference rooms and study areas. The community also promotes a pet-friendly environment.
