Rahn of Peabody Cos. receives ARM credential

Braintree, MA According to The Peabody Companies, Christina Rahn has received her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) credential through the Boston Chapter of IREM. Rahn, who joined the Peabody Companies in August of 2019, is a multi-site manager.

The residential property management certification teaches early-career real estate managers the core competencies to manage residential properties successfully. As such, the ARM designation is widely recognized in the residential property management industry.

“Congratulations to Christina for attaining this level of achievement,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and COO of the Peabody Companies and president of the IREM Boston Chapter. “By reaching her ARM credential she is not only recognized for industry excellence, but also given a platform for new opportunities.”
