Property Management Inc. selects proptech innovator Rentvine as property management software

Boston, MA Property Management Inc. (PMI), a leading property management company franchisor, will be transitioning to Rentvine, a comprehensive property management software. This move comes as PMI continues to experience explosive growth in the industry, and seeks to offer the best services for franchisees, clients, tenants, and vendors.

Rentvine is a cloud-based property management software that offers a wide range of features, including online rent payments, maintenance management, tenant screening, and accounting. The software is designed to streamline property management tasks, increase efficiency, and improve communication between landlords, tenants, vendors, and property managers.

“We are excited to make the move to Rentvine,” said Steve Hart, CEO of PMI. “Rentvine performed beyond expectations during our testing. Our franchisees truly can’t wait to begin utilizing this software in their business operations.”

With Rentvine, PMI will be able to significantly advance its tech stack forward. Rentvine already automates routine tasks, such as rent collection and maintenance requests. Rentvine’s open API allows PMI to drastically increase efficiencies, see nationwide trends, and build KPIs to track its growing portfolio of over 130,000 properties.

“As the category leader, our focus is on making the property management process as easy and stress-free as possible for our franchisees and their clients,” said Hart. “Rentvine’s platform and open API will allow us to consolidate multiple different technology solutions with one national partnership. This greatly increases the value that we bring to our franchisees.”

Rentvine’s robust reporting and analytics features will also provide PMI with valuable insights into their properties’ performance. By tracking key metrics at the local, state, regional, and national levels, PMI will be able to make data-driven decisions to optimize its franchisees’ performance and profitability.

“We are thrilled to partner with PMI and look forward to helping them fuel their growth. We are especially pleased that they are one of the first large organizations in the industry to recognize the power of our platform,” said Rentvine CEO David Borden. “Our software is designed to meet the needs of property managers of all sizes, but we are uniquely positioned to help larger companies manage, understand, and use their data more profitably.”

PMI has already begun its transition to Rentvine and will complete the move to all 400+ franchise locations in the next 12 months. Clients, tenants, and vendors can expect a seamless transition, with minimal disruption to their daily operations.

Founded in 2008, PMI is a rapidly growing franchise that provides expert property management services and solutions across four pillars: residential, commercial, association and short-term rental management.

These four pillars provide the owners behind the brand’s 400-plus locations with service options that build value and are unmatched in the industry. PMI’s consistent revenue-generating model has helped hundreds of property managers realize their dreams of successful business ownership.
