The HYM Investment Group selects BLACKLINE Retail Group as leasing agent for Beachmont Sq.

Revere, MA The HYM Investment Group (HYM) has selected BLACKLINE Retail Group (BLACKLINE) as the exclusive leasing agent for the restaurant and retail components of Beachmont Sq., the first phase of HYM’s development of Suffolk Downs, located adjacent to the MBTA Beachmont Blue Line Station.

Beachmont Sq. will be comprised of 1.7 million s/f and a mix of uses, located in the Beachmont neighborhood that will serve as a gateway to the entire Suffolk Downs development. The development will feature over 1,500 luxury residential units, 325,000 s/f of lab/office space, 85,000 s/f of retail space, a 159-key hotel and designed open space including a plaza and outdoor amphitheater. 

The project is designed to be an accessible, sustainable, and dynamic community that enhances the quality of life for its many residents and visitors. Construction of the first residential building, Amaya, broke ground in 2022 and is set to open in the summer of 2024. Amaya will feature 475 apartments and 24,000 s/f of dynamic ground-floor retail.

“HYM is thrilled to partner with BLACKLINE as we look to bring diverse and vibrant retail, lively food and beverage concepts and neighborhood resources to Beachmont Sq.,” said Thomas O’Brien, managing partner and chief executive officer of HYM. “Beachmont Square will intentionally serve and provide meaningful economic opportunities for the surrounding Revere and East Boston neighborhoods.”

Construction on Beachmont Sq. is underway and will begin to deliver in summer of 2024.
