Pickering of New England Retail Props. leases 1,200 s/f at Sundad Plaza
New England Retail Properties, Inc. has leased 1,200 s/f in Sundad Plaza located at 1371 East Main St. to Grand Slam Sports Memorabilia. This will be Grand Slam Sports' first location.
Located off I-91 and the Merritt Pkwy., Sundad Plaza is a 12,000 s/f shopping center located in the rapidly developing East Main St. corridor in Meriden. It is home to Soleil Tanning Salon, Cucaramacara Mexican Restaurant and Season's Federal Credit Union.
Nelson Pickering negotiated the lease between the landlord, Sundad LLC, and Grand Slam Sports Memorabilia on behalf of New England Retail Properties, Inc. Pickering represented the landlord and was the sold agent in the deal.
