Perkoski of Chozick Realty sole broker in $1.35m multifamily deal
Ryan Perkoski of Chozick Realty has arranged the sale of 851 Wethersfield Ave. The 24 unit multifamily sale was completed at a price of $1.35 million or $56,250 per unit.
Built in 1935, 851 Wethersfield Ave. has a history of long term management and maintenance. According to Perkoski, the property had new windows and roof, updated mechanical systems as well as remodeled kitchens, bathrooms and common areas.
851 Wethersfield Ave. has 12 one and two bedroom apartments.
The seller was 851 Wethersfield Ave. LLC and the buyer is Marrconi Ent. LLC. Perkoski was the sole broker.
