CBRE's Cuddy and Kennedy assist Lyne Woodworth & Evarts in 5,100 s/f lease

According to CB Richard Ellis, Lyne Woodworth & Evarts LLP has signed a lease with Marwick Associates, LLC for 5,100 s/f of office space at 12 Post Office Sq. "With the impending move to 12 Post Office Sq., the lawyers at Lyne Woodworth & Evarts look forward to continuing the firm's almost 100 years of practicing law in the heart of the Financial District," said the firm's chairman, George Donovan. "The new space is perfect; it is easily accessible to clients, well located near parking and public transportation, and furnished with state of the art technology. It's a great move for us and we'd like to thank CB Richard Ellis and, in particular, senior vice president Chris Cuddy for their diligent effort in assisting us in finding this location." Cuddy and Kevin Kennedy represented the tenant. Tom O'Regan of Richards Barry Joyce & Ptrs. represented Marwick Associates. 12 Post Office Sq. was built in 1900 and renovated in 1987. Tthe 30,600 s/f building has original turn-of-the-century architecture and access to Rte. 1, I-93, and State Street Station.
