Peabody Residential Services promotes Grady to portfolio director

Braintree, MA Peabody Resident Services, Inc. (PRSI), an affiliate of the Peabody Companies, has promoted Marcy Grady to resident services portfolio director.

In this role, Grady, who previously held the title of senior resident services manager, is responsible for program development and oversight of a focused portfolio of affordable housing communities.

A member of the Peabody Resident Services team since 2011, Grady holds a master’s degree in community social psychology from the University of Massachusetts-Lowell. 

“What a pleasure to announce Marcy as a resident services portfolio director,” said Doreen Bushashia, president of Peabody Resident Services, Inc. “She is dedicated to coordinating the many wellness, educational, cultural, and other enrichment programs that are the hallmark of our division; the entire Peabody team extends congratulations to Marcy on her promotion.”

Peabody Resident Services include a wide range of programs for adults and children living in the Peabody Companies’ managed properties, including: meals programs and nutrition sites; health and wellness screenings; exercise programs and walking clubs; intergenerational and multicultural programs; computer learning and training centers; parenting support groups; summer day camps and field trips; martial arts; soccer; arts and crafts; and theatre groups.
