Patel joins Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate

East Greenwich, RI Prutha Patel has joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate to the position of sales associate.

Patel joins a growing and experienced team of professionals in the company’s localoffice. Prior to her appointment by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, she was the co-founder of Patel Investments, along with her father, Jay. She will continue in her role with Patel Investments, in addition, to representing buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of residential, commercial, and investments.

Following her graduation with a business degree (BSBA) from Boston University, she purchased her first home at the age of 21 and subsequently acquired another multi-family property the following year. In under four years, they have added numerous new assets to their portfolio.
