Leonard of Lila Delman Real Estate sells 4,080 s/f for $1.9 million

Newport, RI Lila Delman Real Estate has sold 30 Hazard Rd. for $1.9 million. Kate Leonard, Lila Delman sales associate, represented the buyer.

The 1.8-acre property is located off Ocean Dr. with views over the saltmarshes. Measuring 4,080 s/f, the barn turned residential dwelling features four bedrooms, two and one half bathrooms, a large wrap-around deck and silo feature. The grounds include vegetable and flower gardens, a private pond, separate barn structure and greenhouse.

“This amazing property is a perfect fit for my buyers who looked long and hard,” said Leonard. “It is very satisfying to see them so happy!”

Year-to-date, Leonard ranks as one of the top three residential agents on Aquidneck Island, having sold over $22 million in sales volume. She also maintains the second highest market share of residential sales over $1 million on the Island, according to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS.*
