Paskalis and Freshman of MG Commercial sell 30,524 s/f manufacturing/warehouse building
East Providence, RI George Paskalis, SIOR and Julie Freshman of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 30,524 s/f fully-leased, single-tenant manufacturing/warehouse building located at 97 Dexter Rd.
The building, situated on 1.74 acres, was purchased by Scott Perry. The seller, Gripnail Realty, LLC, owned and managed the property.
Paskalis and Freshman represented the property and were the exclusive brokers involved in the transaction.
The sale price was $1.3 million.
