Amper of Capstone Properties represents Freedom Bank in sale of 8,875 s/f property to Paciorek

Pawtucket, RI Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Capstone Properties represented Freedom Bank in the sale of a 8,875 s/f historical Victorian house located at 68 Walcott St.

The house was constructed in 1841 for Elias Pitcher a cotton manufacturer. During its history it was used by the Boy Scouts, The Red Cross and The Children’s Museum. The building’s most recent use was office for a jewelry company.

The buyer was Nick Paciorek. The asking price was $625,000.
