Brady Sullivan Properties has leased the remaining 45,000 s/f at 645 Harvey Rd. in a long term transaction to EPE Corp., an electronic manufacturing services provider. The 148,370 s/f facility which is on 10 acres located adjacent to the Manchester-Boston airport is now 100% leased. "We are extremely pleased to have a family owned operation like EPE, join the Brady Sullivan portfolio of properties," according to Charles Panasis of Brady Sullivan, who represented the landlord. The former Winn Textron facility which was fully redeveloped by Brady Sullivan has a variety of tenants including Oasys Technologies, Celestica, Cadec and IMS. Bill Norton of Norton Asset Management represented the tenant. Norton commented that the EPE search took nearly two years to identify the right space to accommodate their growth plans. JD Bell, president of EPE, said that he was very satisfied with space solution at Harvey Rd. and especially thrilled to keep their operation within the greater Manchester area, their home for the past 28 years. The building has been successful over the years and is an ideal light manufacturing facility that offers tenants the opportunity to expand and ability to capitalize on its significant proximity and surrounding infrastructure according to Panasis. Brady Sullivan Props. owns and operates more than 3 million s/f of commercial space in the southern NH region and also has a significant residential division as well with two recent residential mill developments in RI.
