This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|The Boulos Co. * The State of Maine Department of Corrections has leased a 4,877 s/f office building at 107 Washington Ave. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Tony McDonald, SIOR, CCIM, partner, CBRE |The Boulos Co. * Rick Vance of Vance's Driving School has leased 1,500 s/f of office space at 991 Forest Ave. from Income Property Management. This deal was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Nate Stevens, CBRE|Boulos and on behalf of the tenant by Tripp Corson, NAI/The Dunham Group. * WMTW has renewed their lease for 11,703 s/f of office space in the Time and Temperature Building at 477 Congress St. from 477 Time & Temperature LLC.
