CBRE|The Boulos Company brokered the following transactions: * The Maine Department of Labor has expanded into a 1,171 s/f office suite at 175 Lancaster St. at the Bayside Complex. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|The Boulos Co. * The State of Maine Department of Corrections has leased a 4,877 s/f office building at 107 Washington Ave. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord and tenant by Tony McDonald, SIOR, CCIM, partner, CBRE |The Boulos Co. * Rick Vance of Vance's Driving School has leased 1,500 s/f of office space at 991 Forest Ave. from Income Property Management. This deal was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Nate Stevens, CBRE|Boulos and on behalf of the tenant by Tripp Corson, NAI/The Dunham Group. * WMTW has renewed their lease for 11,703 s/f of office space in the Time and Temperature Building at 477 Congress St. from 477 Time & Temperature LLC. Dan Greenstein, partner, CBRE|Boulos represented the landlord and Jim Harnden, Ram Harnden represented the tenant. * American Housing Preservation has leased 8,425 s/f of office space at 245 Commercial St. from Maine Employers' Mutual Insurance Co. Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, CBRE|Boulos represented the landlord and tenant. * The Blazin' Ace, LLC has leased 1,500 s/f of retail space at 432 Fore St.from Old Port Retail Holdings, LLC. Dan Greenstein and Nate Stevens, CBRE|Boulos represented both tenant and landlord. * Freihofer Sales Co., Inc. has leased 3,012 s/f of retail/showroom space at 1037 Forest Ave. Justin Lamontagne, CBRE|The Boulos Co., represented the landlord, 1037 Partners, Inc. The tenant was represented by Nate Stevens, also of CBRE|Boulos. * Safety and Health Council of Northern New England has leased 1,300 s/f of office space at 15 Pleasant Hill Rd., Suite 102, Scarborough, from Income Property Management. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord by Nate Stevens and on behalf of the tenant by Jonathan Leahy, both of CBRE|Boulos. * Goodwill Industries of Northern New England has leased 1,431 s/f of office space at 407 Alfred St., Suites 102-103, Biddeford. This transaction was brokered by Susan Scanlon, CBRE|Boulos and John Anderson, Investcomm. * Little Wing, LLC has purchased 332 New Portland Rd. (to be renamed 17 Little Wing Dr.) in Gorham. This property consists of a 10,637 s/f mixed-use building with warehouse, flex space and office available. The buildings are on a 1.95 acre lot located outside of the Gorham Industrial Park. This deal was brokered of behalf of the landlord and the tenant by Nate Stevens, CBRE|Boulos * Bank of America, N.A. has renewed their lease for 3,600 s/f of office space at 251 Woodford St. from Allen Jagger. This deal was brokered on behalf of the tenant by Tony McDonald, SIOR, CCIM, partner, CBRE|Boulos and Mark Zbikowski, CB Richard Ellis. * Davidson/Bisson, LLC and JSD & Son, Inc. have purchased 55,170 s/f of office space at 238 Riverside St. Drew Sigfridson, SIOR, CBRE|Boulos and Joe Malone, Malone Commercial Brokers, brokered this transaction. * Maine State Music Theatre has leased 6,445 s/f of office and warehouse space at the Fort Andross Mill Complex located at 14 Maine St., Brunswick, from Waterfront Maine, LP.
