Overdeput of G&E|Coldstream sells 83,000 s/f ind'l. building - $2.6m

Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. has sold 60 Pulpit Rock Rd., an 83,000 s/f industrial facility on 25 acres. The seller, Lehman Brothers Small Business of California, was represented by Hugo Overdeput, CCIM of Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream's Bedford office. The buyer, J.T. Manufacturing Corp., was assisted by Chris Goodnow of Goodnow Real Estate Services. The property was previously occupied by QAC, Inc., an electronics manufacturer for OEM in the data and telecommunications industry, and will now house J.T. Manufacturing, a precision manufacturer of machine components, which is relocating from Hudson. The property sold for $2.6 million according to the Rockingham County Registry of Deeds.
