Osterhout joins Pinkham Real Estate

Dick Osterhout has joined Pinkham Real Estate as an associate broker in Pinkham's Glen office located on Rte. 16 at the base of Glen Ledge Rd. Osterhut has over thirty years of combined residential and commercial real estate experience. A former broker/partner of a real estate and insurance office in Winthrop, Mass. he also has extensive experience within the corporate real estate field. Over the years Osterhout has represented supermarket chain stores, a drug store chain, convenience stores with gas and convenience stores with fast food. For many years Osterhout was a regional real estate manager for a national convenience store chain responsible for overseeing the growth and development in New England. His experience included: site selection, site analysis; site planning; licensing; permitting; purchase and sale negotiations; retail lease negotiations; ground leasing; existing business acquisitions/sales; property management; taxes and insurance. Osterhout is a licensed real estate broker in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He is also a licensed insurance broker in New Hampshire and Maine.
