Keeler of Concord Commercial sells 7,700 s/f to Institute for Trend Research
Jody Keeler, CPA of Concord Commercial LLC sold a 7,700 s/f office building at 166 King St. for $455,000. The 2-story building is situated on a 4.74 acre lot.
Keeler represented the sellers Edward and Sandra Brodeur of The Brodeur Group and the buyer, Beau Place, LLC for the Institute for Trend Research.
