Ogasapian of R.W. Holmes leases 18,634 s/f at 205 Wildwood Ave.

Woburn, MA R.W. Holmes said that Electric Supply Center (ESC) has leased an additional 18,634 s/f of industrial space at 205 Wildwood Ave., bringing the building to full occupancy.

Mike Ogasapian, vice president at R.W. Holmes, worked on behalf of the property owner, Atlantic Management, marketing additional space before securing an expansion with ESC, who now occupies the entire 135,000 s/f building.

“ESC has experienced remarkable success, leading to their decision to expand operations,” said Ogasapian. “We are delighted for them and wish the organization continued success and continued growth.”

This new lease comes on top of three leases negotiated by R.W. Holmes and Ogasapian last year in Woburn. Grossman Marketing Group leased 6,800 s/f of new office space at 10 State St. Factorial, Inc. leased 5,781 s/f of office space at 10 State St., and East Coast Microwave, a national distributor specializing in RF/Microwave connectors, cables, and components, leased 10,000 s/f of flex space at 470 Wildwood Ave.

“Strategically located at the intersection of Rte. 128 and I-93, Woburn is a highly sought-after area for large industrial users due to its accessibility to both Boston and Southern New Hampshire,” said Ogasapian. “We at R.W. Holmes are very pleased with helping tenants and landlords alike in this submarket of Greater Boston.”
