Margaret O'Brien of CBRE | Portsmouth exclusively represented the landlord, 85 Industrial Park Drive II, LLC and Greg Whalen and John Mueller of NAI Norwood Group's Portsmouth office represented the tenant, Kevin, Inc. d/b/a Kittery Trading Post in the relocation of 50,000 s/f of warehouse space from the former Celestica facility at 72 Pease Blvd. in Newington to 85 Industrial Park Dr. With this lease, the entire 250,000 s/f former Textron facility is now fully leased. Owners Chad Kageleiry and Eric Katz are pleased that Kittery Trading Post selected 85 Industrial Park Dr. for the relocation of their warehouse facility and look forward to a long-term relationship with the company. The Kittery Trading Post has been in business since 1938 and operates a 100,000 s/f retail store in Kittery.
