Nordblom Company completes 27,250 s/f lease with KINGS Bowl

Burlington-based Nordblom Company has completed a 27,250 s/f lease with KINGS Bowl at 3rd Ave. Located off of Middlesex Tpke., this new 4.6 million s/f mixed-use development is anchored by Wegmans and KINGS Bowl. "We are thrilled to welcome KINGS to 3rd Ave.," said Todd Fremont-Smith, SVP of development for Nordblom Company. "As the leader in bowling-themed entertainment and a place where people come to eat and stay to play, KINGS is a perfect fit for 3rd Ave. - the soon to be dining and entertainment Capital of Rte. 128." KINGS is already a familiar brand in the region with successful locations in the Back Bay and at Legacy Place in Dedham. The rest of the country is quickly learning about KINGS as the Massachusetts-based company has recently opened locations in Rosemont, Illinois and Orlando, Fla.
