Charter Realty leases 14,400 s/f at Airport Mall

Charter Realty and Development has added Bangor Furniture and Mattress as a lessee in the Airport Mall. The Airport Mall is located near I-95, and takes up 230,000 s/f. Bangor Furniture and Mattress moved to the Airport Mall after occupying another space in the town of Brewer, Maine. The suite is 14,400 s/f, and is located adjacent to Staples. The Airport Mall is named because of its proximity to the Bangor International Airport, which flies to New York, and Orlando, amongst other places. The Airport Mall is anchored by the supermarket Hannaford Bros, Marshall's, Dollar Tree, and Ocean State Job Lot. Now that Bangor Furniture has acquired its new location all of the spaces over 10,000 s/f in the center are occupied. Only the center's smaller spaces remain to be leased. The Airport Mall is in the center of a residential area of Bangor that is home to around 30,000 people within a three mile radius of the center.
