* Debbie Allison is the facilities specialist in Corporate Real Estate for Voya Financial in Braintree, Mass. Allison joined Voya in September of 2013 after a 13 year separation from Corporate Real Estate and previously had worked for Putnam Investments from 1987 to 2000 in facilities management. During the 13 year separation, she had continued her career working in finance for several private corporations and residential real estate. * Sandra Gucciardi works in business development for MovePlan Group - WBE, global transition management firm for the New England area. Gucciardi has a bachelor of science in Business Management and an associates in Interior Design Technology. She has been in the A/E/C industry for over 20 years. * Justin Caron is a project manager for Northstar Project and Real Estate Services. Caron has a bachelor's degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology ('10) in Facilities Planning and Management. * Stephen Ferrick is the manager, corporate facilities for Kronos, Inc. Ferrick has a BA from UMASS Lowell and his MSFM from Massachusetts Maritime Academy. * Kayla Florence is directing the sales and marketing efforts for Kaydon Integrated Technologies. Florence is a graduate of Babson College and has a technical background in the construction and facilities area. * Tom O'Brien works for Sika Corporation - Roofing as the strategic accounts manager for the New England and Eastern Region. O'Brien's passions are family, work, travel, rugby and golf. * Maura Kolinsky has over 20 years of experience in facilities and office management, with particular expertise in the areas of space planning, office build-outs, project and move management. For the past 11 years, Kolinsky has served as office services manager for Blackbaud, Inc., a software and services provider for non-profit organizations.
