New IFMA Boston Member Spotlight

Rick Mullen has more than 25 years of experience in the security industry, and his career is marked by a commitment to delivering world class service. As an account executive at Northland Control Systems, a security integration and managed services provider, Mullen helps facility managers transform disparate, siloed and inconsistent global physical security systems into best-in-class security programs.

Frank Rhodes II, FMP is originally from Michigan and a graduate of Ferris State University with a bachelors in Facility Management and an associates in Architecture. Rhodes moved to the East Coast in 2008 where he started as a corporate management trainee (CMT) with Hyatt Princeton. He works currently with Marriott as  a director of cluster engineering in the New England market.

Tracy Marquis, AIA, LEED AP BD+C is an architect with Bruner/Cott in Cambridge Massachusetts. A graduate of Maryland School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, she has 11 years of experience in higher education and sustainable design with a special interest in adaptive use projects.

Bill Norberg is a senior account executive for Accruent, Inc. More than 4,000 customers depend on Accruent software solutions to cover their end-to-end real estate and facilities management lifecycle. Norberg helps companies in all vertical markets including manufacturing, healthcare, finance, insurance, utilities, government, and education.

Nicole Hathaway is a senior associate with DiMella Shaffer, specializing in the corporate higher education and senior living markets. Hathaway has been with the firm for over 18 years and is a graduate of the Boston Architectural College.

Teresa Paczuzka is currently completing her masters degree in Construction Management. She has a bachelor of science in Architecture from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Paczuska also works for Good Harbor Techmark, a security and design firm.
