NEIT to use NTS Solar product
According to NTS Solar, with the assistance of Thermal Sales, their New England sales representative, New England Institute of Technology (NEIT) of Warwick, R.I. has selected the NTS Performance Series 20 (PS 20) solar collector for use in the solar technologies curriculum of the Associate in Science Degree, Plumbing, Heating, Refrigeration and AC Technology program.
NEIT began incorporating renewable and sustainable technologies as part of their curriculum in 2008. These renewable technologies include photo-voltaic panels (PV) and wind turbines for the generation of electricity, bio-fuel for heating, and now, solar-thermal collectors for hot water, heating and air conditioning. *
