Northland Residential honored by BAGB

Northland Residential Corp. was honored with an award for "Excellence In Energy Efficiency" at the 2009 Builders' Association of Greater Boston annual PRISM (Prestigious Results in Sales and Marketing) ceremony. Northland Residential was chosen for this award - sponsored by Massachusetts New Homes with ENERGY STAR - from a pool of the finest builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketers, advertising executives, interior designers, merchandisers, remodelers, and other professionals in the building industry. Northland presented a demonstrated improvement in energy efficiency from homes previously built, (such as the specification of technological enhancements which may or may not include renewable energy systems), effectively leveraged the Energy Star brand within marketing efforts, and achieved excellent final scores on the Energy Star Home Energy Rating System (HERS). *
