Williston, VT Fernando Cresta from Nedde Real Estate represented the seller, Marshall Realty, LLC, in the sale of 3 acres located at Production Park on Marshall Ave.
Represented by Grant Butterfield from Nedde Real Estate, January Holdings LLC purchased the land and has begun construction on a new 17,500 s/f building for Burlington Emergency & Veterinary Specialists (BEVS), a 24-hour emergency and specialty veterinary clinic.
