Hersch of Tinkham Realty completes sale of Towne Shoppes for $1.65 million

Windham, NH Tinkham Realty, Inc. completed the sale of Towne Shoppes at 29 Indian Rock Rd. to K. Kara, Inc. of New Jersey.

The property consists of a 7,828 s/f retail strip plaza fully occupied by Aplus Cleaners, State Farm Insurance, Klemms Bakery, Renew Medispa and Bank of America Kiosk.

 Jerry Hersch of the commercial division of Tinkham Realty, Inc. represented the seller 21st Century Development Corp. of Windham.

The sale price according to the Rockingham Registry of Deeds was $1.65 million.

In another transaction, Tinkham Realty, Inc. and CP Management, Inc. completed the sale of 271 Derry Rd. in Litchfield to Asset Preservation, Inc. 

The completely renovated interior and exterior office building consists of 4,800 s/f with 4 units in two stories, and sits on  .44 acre with 16 parking spaces. The buyer purchased the property as an investment and intends to lease.

Hersch represented the seller, SLC Development LLC of Hudson, and Denise Bernard of CP Management, Inc. represented the buyer.

The sale price according to the Hillsborough Registry of Deeds was $525,000.
