NAI Norwood Group sells 24,000 s/f office building for $1.8 million

NAI Norwood Group completed the sale of the 24,000 s/f corporate office building at 15 Buttrick Rd. Judy Niles-Simmons and Chris Norwood, of NAI Norwood Group, represented the seller, Kent Foods. The buyer, Liberty Utilities, was represented by John Jackman of Jackman Commercial Realty. The sale closed on April 8, in the amount of $1.8 million. Kent Foods constructed the building in 1993. In 2012 they vacated the premises as part of a consolidation. NAI Norwood Group was hired by Kent Foods to sell the building in the fall of 2012. Liberty is purchasing this building for their corporate headquarters and expansion plans.
