Murray of Berkley and Veller RE sells 6,900 s/f

Dr. John Chard and Dr. Donald Kinley of Orthopaedic Partners sold their 6,900 s/f building and land located at the Exit One Industrial Park to Jean and Gordon Bristol of Shire Town Properties. The Bristols purchased the facility and have leased it to the Department of Veterans Affairs for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). Bill Murray of Berkley and Veller Real Estate completed the transaction for both parties. Tom Costello was counsel for the purchasers for the option phase of the transaction and Jonathan Bump was the attorney for the purchasers for the purchase and sale portion of the transaction. Deborah Boyle of Chittenden Bank provided lead lender financing for the project. The Town of Brattleboro and Connecticut Valley Revolving Loan fund also participated in financing.
