Moretti of F. H. Perry Builder wins 2018 Project Manager PRISM Award

Hopkinton, MA Bill Moretti, project manager at F. H. Perry Builder, won the 2018 “Project Manager of the Year” PRISM Award presented by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston. The annual PRISM awards recognize outstanding achievement in sales, marketing, design and project management in the building industry.

A 36-year veteran in residential construction and remodeling, Moretti joined F.H. Perry in 2012 after working as a construction supervisor for 27 years at Richard C. Rigoli Construction, Inc. As a project manager at F. H. Perry Builder, Moretti is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a project including scheduling, budgeting, working with architects, trade partners and materials coordination and purchasing.

“Bill is the consummate project manager with a unique blend of extensive construction experience and an innate ability to build a professional relationship with each of our clients,” said F. H. Perry Builder owner and president Allison Iantosca. “Bill brings his devotion to excellence and perfection to everything and everyone he engages in his life,” she added, noting that “his innate ability to relate easily to both our clients and our trade partners is critical when working in luxury remodeling.”

Moretti lives in Maynard, MA with Sue, his wife of 32 years. They have two grown children, Nick and Tracey.
