Scotti & Associates has sold the property at 60 Ship St. in downtown Jewelry District for $915,000.The property is improved with a 6,000 s/f mill style office building with onsite parking for 14 cars. Moore represented the seller, Woodcrest Company and Peter Scotti represented the buyer 60 Ship Street LLC.
The new owners plan to customize interior finishes and occupy the entire building for professional office use.
