Providence, RI Michael Alves and Brian Doorley of KW Commercial Realty sold a 12-unit complex at 2 Eric Place North for $550,000 to EFR Realty LLC. The seller was Arrow Development LLS.
Frank Lombardi of Goodman, Shapiro & Lombardi, LLC and Louis Federici of Federici Associates were instrumental in completing the closing.
