Moore of Peter M. Scotti and Associates sells 9,500 s/f medical office building for $1.05 million: sold by HK&L Associates to Bronhard Real Estate
James Moore of Peter M. Scotti & Associates has sold 49 Seekonk St. for a price of $1.05 million.
The property is a 9,500 s/f medical office building on a 31,000 s/f lot in the Wayland Sq. retail district of the East Side.
Moore represented the buyer, Bronhard Real Estate. Peter Scotti represented the seller, H K & L Associates.
