Cardi Realty Management, in the sale of 2244 Plainfield Pike, known as Plainfield Pike Plaza. The property, is a single story, 6,000 s/f, retail site is anchored by Subway and Neo Pizza.
The strip center was sold for $975,000 and acquired by R.B. DiScuillo, Jr. who was unreprecented in the transaction.
