Gitlin and Scanio of Cambridge Capital Advisors sell 6,000 s/f retail strip center for $975,000: anchored by Subway and Neo Pizza
Bryan Gitlin, managing partner, and Michael Scanio, partner of Cambridge Capital Advisors, LLC represented the seller, J. J. Cardi Realty Management, in the sale of 2244 Plainfield Pike, known as Plainfield Pike Plaza. The property, is a single story, 6,000 s/f, retail site is anchored by Subway and Neo Pizza.
The strip center was sold for $975,000 and acquired by R.B. DiScuillo, Jr. who was unreprecented in the transaction.
