Mitchell of MG Commercial leases 3,400 s/f and sells 2,100 s/f

Leeds Mitchell IV of MG Commercial Real Estate recently completed two transactions. And in Providence, Mitchell completed the sale of 777 North Main St. Mitchell represented the buyer of the building, Dr. John Parsons. Ed D'Agostino represented the seller. The sale price was $355,000. Mitchell leased a 3,400 s/f of office space in the Summit West building located in Summit Office Park. The tenant was Maverick Funding Corporation. Mitchell was the sole broker in the transaction.
