Amper of Rodman Real Estate negotiates 5,400 s/f flex space lease to Halsted Communications
Neil Amper, SIOR, vice president of Rodman Real Estate has leased 5,400 s/f of flex space at 24 Minnesota Ave. to Halsted Communications. Halsted is an installer of direct television and this represents an expansion in the area.
The property is owned by Wildfield Properties and is part of 24,000 s/f building.
Amper was the sole broker involved in the transaction.
