MG Commercial sells 17,260 s/f industrial building for $1.175 million
East Providence, RI George Paskalis, SIOR and Julie Freshman of MG Commercial Real Estate completed the sale of a 17,260 s/f industrial building located at 260 Narragansett Park Dr. The building, situated on 1.07 acres, was purchased by 2002 Ruthman Family Trust. The seller, DHS Realty, LLC, owned and managed the property.
Paskalis and Freshman represented the seller, while Melanie Rose Quirk of Re/Max Professionals represented the buyer. The sale price was $1.175 million.
