Boland of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s sells 136 Adams Point Rd. for $3.5 million

Barrington, RI Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty sold 136 Adams Point Rd. for $3.5 million. Jennifer Boland, sales associate of Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty represented the seller. Jeanne Derham of RE/ MAX River’s Edge represented the buyer.

According to data available from Rhode Island Statewide Multiple Listing Service, the sale of 136 Adams Point Rd. is the second highest single-family sale in the town this year. The firm, with nearly 40% of the market share over $1million in the town year to date, has represented ten clients in the top twelve sales in the municipality in 2021.

The waterfront home is located on the Adams Point peninsula. The double gabled, shingle-style family home features 5,200 s/f, including five bedrooms and four full baths and two half baths.

“A stunning example of formal and informal, this Barrington home is everything!” said Jennifer Boland. “With very little inventory in Barrington right now, it is an optimal time to sell, and I am grateful to have assisted my clients in the sale of this gorgeous waterfront home.”
