Jamestown, RI Lila Delman Compass has completed the sale of 541 Seaside Dr. in for $4.2 million. Molly McDonough of Lila Delman Compass’ Jamestown Office, represented the seller in this transaction. According to data maintained by the Rhode Island Statewide MLS, the home sold for $700,000 over the asking price.

This waterfront home offers sunset views over Narragansett Bay and the Jamestown Verrazzano Bridge. Completely renovated in 2021, the residence spans 3,440 s/f with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
